I wouldn't trust any other place to take care of my brother. They always go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible while you are grieving. They stayed late to help me and my family order fingerprint jewelry. They sealed some of his hair in a locket. And they went to pick him up from a different state. They even came to our house to discuss arrangements. Mr. & Mrs. Mizner are extremely kind and professional. Again, I would not trust any other place to take care of my loved one as well as they do. It is very clear that Steve Mizner has great passion and respect for his profession as a funeral director. Upon the passing of our mother, he flawlessly arranged everything for us, from getting her back home to Meadville, to coming to our home after the service to deliver funeral items. It Is evident that Steve is a perfectionist and top notch professional. He carefully accommodated all our needs and requests. During these difficult days, we feel like we became his family as he was available to calmly handle everything for us. All the special touches and attention to detail eased our pain, including the beautiful tapestry of our mother. We have unfortunately had the opportunity to plan a number of funerals for our family and have a good idea about the quality of service provided by a number of funeral homes. We were amazed by and very grateful to Mr. Mizner for the entire process form initial contact to the detailed and considerate follow up he has done with our family. He came to my elderly Aunt's home multiple times to keep her from travelling to his office in town. This enabled our family to accomplish the actions that were necessary on our part in a timely and thoughtful manner. Being from out of state, this was particularly helpful to us. Steve's approach to the process is what sets him apart from the other funeral services we have been involved with over the years. He has always been there to answer questions and provide sound advice as we proceeded. Now that the funeral services our behind us, he has still been there with the follow through and has helped to accomplish some of the actions necessary to achieve an orderly completion of the legal documents. He provided a basic roadmap of the items that we will need to complete over the coming weeks and months. The funeral services were flawless. Everything went as it was planned. It was probably more than my Uncle would have wanted, but it was one we felt he deserved because of the man he was. It was a sad time for the family and friends made endurable by the way it was managed by Steve and his staff. Thank you Steve for your assistance and support during our time of need. I cannot thank enough Mr. Mizner for all he did to guide and direct my family during our recent loss. From the moment we initially called him, we felt instant relief in knowing he would get us through the days ahead. Although I am only a cousin, I was a point of contact due to the age and illness of other family members. Mr. Mizner was so patient and helpful in accommodating our special circumstances. A small community like Meadville, PA is fortunate to have such a top notch act!

The first thought that comes to mind after Stephen Mizner & his staff members assisted me to perform my father's Memorial Service is "Perfection". From the onset Mr. Mizner & his staff did everything possible to help me navigate successfully through this difficult time and prepare a fitting tribute to my father. Mr. Mizner even selected an incredible local clergyman at my request since I didn't live in the Meadville area. Pastor Darrell and I met once before the service and he did a fantastic job of capturing & commenting on the essence of my father's life and guiding us through the religious part of the service. Mr. Mizner was incredibly responsive to all of my requests including replying to email messages, mobile phone text messages, etc. promptly even way after normal business hours had expired. When I first walked into the facility on the morning of the service I was totally awestruck by how all of the memory boards & memorabilia that I had submitted were beautifully and effectively arranged for viewing by the guests! Also the large woven banner embossed with photos of my Dad was a very pleasant surprise that so enhanced the service! At the interment everything was once again perfect and well-executed, including the military honor guard which Mr. Mizner arranged at my request. In closing I have the greatest admiration and appreciation for all that Mr. Mizner & his staff did for me and my family members and my father's friends as the wonderful service that was performed will live on in our memories forever! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering selecting such a services provider as they did an outstanding job and they exceeded all of my expectations.
